James Wrubel has a very understandable style of teaching and demonstrating on each DVD. Furthermore, the visual aides of piano keyboard and note names are a big plus as well!
Personally, as a gospel pianist or keyboardist who's had lessons for years, Jazz 101 was preferred as I haven't the time to resume lessons again. I can learn at my own pace and work late hours, rewinding as much as I want!
